กติกาและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม "Your Voice Matters 2025"
เพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของนิสิตในการประเมินและพัฒนาการให้บริการของคณะฯ ขอเชิญชวนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม "Your Voice Matters 2025" โดยมีรายละเอียดการเข้าร่วมและของรางวัลดังนี้:
1. ประเภทการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
- ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมการประเมินแบบเชิงลึก
มีสิทธิ์ลุ้นรับของรางวัล ดังนี้:- คูปอง Starbucks มูลค่า 500 บาท
- ของที่ระลึกจากคณะฯ รุ่น TSE Limited Edition (เช่น Power Bank ฯลฯ)
จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 21 รางวัล
- ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมการประเมินภาพรวม
มีสิทธิ์ลุ้นรับของที่ระลึกจากคณะฯ รุ่น TSE Limited Edition
จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 10 รางวัล
2. การลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ผู้ประสงค์จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมลุ้นรับของรางวัล ต้องกรอกข้อมูลลงทะเบียนในแบบฟอร์มที่แนบท้ายแบบประเมิน หากไม่กรอกแบบฟอร์มดังกล่าว จะถือว่า สละสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและการรับของรางวัล
3. เงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล
- กรุณากรอกข้อมูลการติดต่อให้ครบถ้วน เพื่อให้สามารถติดต่อกลับได้หากได้รับรางวัล
- ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลจะได้รับอีเมลแจ้งยืนยัน และนัดหมายวันรับรางวัล
- ผู้รับรางวัลจะต้องแสดงบัตรนักศึกษาเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน ณ วันที่รับรางวัล
- ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลในวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2568
- สามารถติดต่อขอรับรางวัลได้ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 เท่านั้น
4. การประกาศผลและการติดตามข้อมูล
- รายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะประกาศผ่านทางอีเมลที่ให้ไว้ในการลงทะเบียน
- หรือติดตามได้ที่ Facebook Page ของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
5. หลักเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกผู้ได้รับรางวัล
- การจับรางวัลจะดำเนินการแยกตามประเภทของการเข้าร่วม (เชิงลึก / ภาพรวม)
- การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Terms and Conditions for Participating in the "Your Voice Matters 2025" Activity
To encourage student participation in evaluating and improving the faculty’s services, we invite you to take part in the "Your Voice Matters 2025" activity. Details and rewards are as follows:
1. Participation Categories
- Participants who complete the in-depth assessment
Are eligible to win the following rewards:- Starbucks gift voucher worth 500 THB
- TSE Limited Edition souvenirs (e.g., power banks, etc.)
Total of 21 prizes available
- Participants who complete the general overview assessment
Are eligible to win TSE Limited Edition souvenirs
Total of 10 prizes available
2. Registration for Prize Eligibility
Participants wishing to enter the prize draw must complete the registration form at the end of the assessment. Failure to complete this form will be considered a forfeiture of eligibility for rewards.
3. Prize Claim Conditions
- Please provide accurate contact information for prize notification.
- Winners will be contacted via email to schedule prize collection.
- Winners must present a valid student ID when collecting the prize.
- Winners will be announced on May 23, 2025.
- Prizes must be claimed by June 30, 2025.
4. Announcement and Communication
- Winners will be notified via the email provided in the registration form.
- Results will also be published on the Faculty of Engineering Facebook Page.
5. Prize Selection Process
- Prize draws will be conducted separately based on the type of assessment (in-depth / general overview).
- Decisions made by the organizing committee are final.
